Romans 15:5-6 - “May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

So, the winter that wasn't!!!  I don't know what the weather was like in your neck of the woods, but here in South Mississippi, it was "above average" for most of the winter.  Many people want to blame mankind for this phenomenom, but I tend to believe that God has everything under control and He is the One who is to "blame".  You see, it doesn't matter what we as human beings may or may not do, God is bigger than we are any day.  He is still in complete control of everything.  If He wasn't in complete control, He wouldn't be God.  So don't believe the lie.  Put your faith and trust in the Lord.

Speaking of weather, I wonder what the weather was like the days or weeks before the death, burial and resurrection of our Savior.  It was probably just like any other spring time.  Nothing out of the ordinary.  You see, God was still in complete control of everything, even though it seemed like things were spiraling out of control.

Now, here is a very important point to make.  What will the weather be like before Jesus returns to take His children home?  It will be just like any other day.  Some places it will be calm and others it will be stormy.  We can't rely upon the weather to tip us off concerning His return.  What we can rely upon is His Word.  John 14:3, "I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also."  So we need to prepare our hearts now to go to this prepared place.  Are you prepared to enter into heaven?
